Registration Fees
1In order for your registration as an ESPN Member to be confirmed, your ESPN membership fees for the past two (2) years (i.e. 2016-2017) are to be settled and confirmed by the ESPN Administrative Secretariat.
2In order for your registration as a Trainee/Nurse to be confirmed, a proof of status, signed and stamped by your Hospital/University, is to be submitted to the Congress Organizing Secretariat.
3In order for your registration as a medical/nursing Student to be confirmed, a proof of status, signed and stamped by your University, is to be submitted to the Congress Organizing Secretariat.

Registration to Pre-Congress Sessions
1Registration to the 26th ESPN Congress is a prerequisite. Maximum number of attendees (due to limitation in workstations): 30 persons.
2In order for your registration as a Trainee/Nurse to be confirmed, a proof of status, signed and stamped by your Hospital/University, is to be submitted to the Congress Organizing Secretariat.
3AHP Symposium attendance is included in the Nurse registration fee. The fee indicated applies for Allied Health Professionals (AHP) not registered for the 26th ESPN Congress.

Currency
All Congress Fees are calculated in EUR (€). Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Congress Organizing Secretariat to avoid being charged the late registration fee.
Terms of payment for registration fees
All payments should be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmations of registration and invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments are to be paid on-site.
Invoices are subject to 19% VAT charges over and above. In case of any change in tax policy, applicable VAT charges will be readjusted accordingly.
Certificate of Attendance
Registered delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Badges and Identification
Name badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, delegates are requested to wear their badges, which will be given upon their check-in at the Secretariat Desk operating onsite.
