Group registration is available only offline for Pharmaceutical Companies or Travel Agencies wishing to register participants to the Congress.

Terms of payment for registration fees
All payment should be made in Euros (€) without charges for the beneficiary. Please note that the late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmation of registrations and invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees.

Payments by credit card or by bank transfer are accepted.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: A copy of the bank transfer receipt is to be sent to the Congress Organizing Bureau by fax at +30 2107257532 or by e-mail at, along with the respective Group registration form, for confirmation of the relevant bank transfer. Please include your company’s name, as well as the indication “ESPN Congress” on your payment details for identification purposes.  

Name List
A final name list must be made on the group link no later than 31 March 2017.

Invoices are subject to 19% VAT charges over and above. In case of any change in tax policy, applicable VAT charges will be readjusted accordingly.

Administration Fees
There will be no administration fee for name changes before April 20th, 2018. The administration fee for name changes from April 21st, 2018 onwards is 20€ per name changed. The Organizing Secretariat, Erasmus SA, will only accept written changes forwarded by the company representative via email or fax.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration should be in writing to the Congress Organizing Bureau. For every written cancellation received before January 15th, 2018, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will take place thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.

Liability and Insurance
The Congress Organising Bureau (ERASMUS SA) and all suppliers, representatives or agents linked to the organization of the Congress shall not be held liable by any person for any injury, damage, theft, loss, medical problem or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while traveling to or from, or during such person’s presence in Congress in connection with this Congress. Participants and their guests are advised to purchase their own insurance against any such occurrences.
