We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, when completing your personal information (address etc), you are not allowed to use special characters (e.g. í, É, á etc). The online payments system is a 3D safety proof system that – for your own safety – filters all information and the credentials you enter need to be exactly the same, with no special characters or punctuation marks, so as to proceed to the next step and complete the payment of your accommodation.

In case you do not wish to book your accommodation on-line, please CLICK HERE to download the Registration and Accommodation Bookings Form, fill it in and send it by fax (+30 210 7257532) or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), along with a copy of the bank transfer receipt.
Please fill in the appropriate section of the Bookings Form in block capitals, ticking the appropriate boxes. Hotel reservations cannot be confirmed until the Booking Form has been duly received, along with a 50% advance deposit, specification of hotel category, type of room preferred, and the dates of your stay. If the preferred hotel category is not available, delegates will be given the next available choice. The deposit should correspond to the price of the hotel category of the delegate’s first choice. The Booking Form should be sent along with the deposit to email@example.com as soon as possible. A note of confirmation will be sent to the delegate, stating the amount left to be paid (balance), as well as the name and address of the hotel of their stay.

Terms of payment for registration fees
All payments should be made in EUR (€) without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmations of registration and invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees. Outstanding payments are to be paid on-site.
Method of payment
All payments are to be made in Euro (EUR). Bank charges are to be settled by the payer without charges for the beneficiary. Confirmation of services and payment invoices will be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees by e-mail to the address advised for communication. Outstanding payments are to be made onsite during the Congress.

Confirmation of participation
As soon as the appropriate fees have been acknowledged, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings. For on-line bookings, confirmation is issued automatically upon payment of the relevant fees through the on-line registration system.
Written notification is required for any cancellation or change to your accommodation bookings. A copy of the Registration and Accommodation Booking Form is to be attached to the letter of notification. Refunds will be made as follows (according to the date of cancellation notice):
Up to and including March 15th, 2018: Full refund less 25% administration fees
From March 16th, 2017 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
