The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of Videos for the Video Session, which will take place on December 7th, 2014.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
Your are kindly requested to submit  your video through www.wetransfer.com to the e-mail: congress_department@erasmus.gr until October 30th, 2014 the latest.

Acknowledgements of receipt will be sent for all successful submissions; if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of submission, please contact the Congress Organizing Bureau at:  congress_department@erasmus.gr
 
VIDEO PREPARATION

1. Videos should be up to 7 minutes in duration
2. The Video should preferably include narration explaining the procedure. Text and audio in the video must be in English.
3. Accepted video formats are:
   • Windows Media Video (WMV)
   • Audio Video Interleave (AVI)
   • MPEG (MPG, MPEG, MP4)
     Most codecs supported by these formats are acceptable. After submission, we may need to request the video submitted in a different codec, in the event a non-standard codec is used.
     
     
4. The resolution of the video should be at least 512x384 for 4:3 aspect ratio videos, and 512x288 for 16:9 videos. Videos can be larger than these dimensions, but not smaller.
5. Videos must be in NTSC format
   
   
6. Videos that are only a Powerpoint slideshow will not be accepted
