- By registering you confirm your participation as a delegate from one of the delegates’ categories and that you will not knowingly allow access to the congress to anyone outside this community.
- All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.
- All premises occupied by the Graphene Week must be smoke-free. The Graphene Week Committee thanks all participants and exhibitors for not smoking in the congress venue and its immediate surroundings at all times.
- The organiser cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Conference proceedings arising from political, social or economic events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control.
- Delegates commit to not causing any nuisance or inconvenience during the Event.
- The Graphene Week organisers will not be liable for any theft or damage to property and/or persons caused on site during the Congress.
- The Graphene Week organisers shall not be held responsible in the event of poisoning or food intoxication during the Event.
Data Privacy Statement
- By registering to the GW conference, delegates agree with the conference policy for use of likeness, record and video presentations.
- Use of Likeness: by attending Graphene Week participants acknowledge and agree to grant the Graphene Flagship the right at the Event to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or any payment. This grant to the Graphene Flagship includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
- Record and Video presentations: any video or audio recordings of the Graphene Week conference sessions will be strictly prohibited. An official film production team will be onsite throughout the event and organisers will be taking photographs to live stream onto social media and recording specific topics of the conference.
