Registration Fees
Registration includes:
For every written cancellation received until March 31, 2017, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be possible. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.
Accreditation
The Panhellenic Medical Association provide 12 credits for Continuing Medical Education (CME-CPD) to the Doctors who will attend the Congress.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance will be provided to delegates on the condition that they will have attended at least 60% of the entire program duration (attendance is recorded by the scanner-barcode system in place). In order to pick up their Certificate of Attendance, delegates are requested to visit the Congress Secretariat on Sunday, May 21st 2017 and hand in the completed Meeting Evaluation Form.
All delegates will receive a name badge with a pre-printed barcode upon check in at the Congress Secretariat. Delegates are requested to scan their barcodes both upon entrance as well as upon exit from the meeting hall at the scanners provided.

Terms of payment for registration fees
All payment should be made in Euros (€) without charges for the beneficiary.
Please note that the late registration fees will apply for any payments received after the stated deadlines. Confirmations of registrations and
invoices for the relevant charges will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees.
Invoices are subject to 24% VAT charges over and above. In case of any change in tax policy, applicable VAT charges will be readjusted accordingly.
